Driver terms

These terms set the basis on which a driver may join the QuikVans platform and claim work introduced through it.

Introducer relationship

QuikVans acts as an introducer between customers and independent drivers. QuikVans does not employ the driver and does not assume responsibility for the driver’s service delivery.

Independent contractor status

By signing up, you confirm that you operate as an independent contractor. You control how you perform the work, subject to customer requirements and all applicable law.

Compliance responsibility

You are solely responsible for holding a valid UK driving licence, maintaining any required MOT, keeping your vehicle roadworthy, and carrying appropriate insurance including hire and reward and goods in transit where required.

Platform conduct

QuikVans may suspend, reject or remove driver access where onboarding information is false, incomplete, or where service conduct, compliance, or customer safety issues arise.

Payment details

Bank details supplied during signup are used only for payouts and internal operational administration. Drivers are responsible for ensuring those details remain accurate.
